Meet Madeline
For nearly a decade, Madeline has worked alongside brands, business leaders, hospitality teams, and communities creating experiences that bring people together.
What has kept her in the work is not the production itself. It is the possibility inside the room.
She believes gathering people well can deepen trust, strengthen a brand, open a new chapter, and create the kind of momentum that is difficult to manufacture anywhere else.
Nightshift grew from that conviction. Madeline wanted to work closer to the people building the business, stay involved in the decisions that shape the experience, and bring the same level of care to the purpose of the gathering as the room itself.
Today, she partners with founders and growing brands as a strategist, creative director, coach, and steady presence throughout the process.

The point of view
An experience begins long before guests arrive.
It begins with what the business is ready to say, who belongs in the room, what kind of relationship the moment should create, and how the host wants people to feel in their world.
Madeline brings perspective to those decisions, creative direction to the experience itself, and thoughtful coaching to the people leading it.
How Madeline works
The strongest partnerships create room for honest questions, confident decisions, and ideas that become more themselves as they develop.
Keeping the business moment, the people, and the purpose connected so each decision supports a coherent direction.
Helping define what the experience should feel like, then translating that point of view into a direction others can understand and protect.
Considering how the founder leads the room, how guests are welcomed, and what people should understand through the experience.
Asking the questions, naming the tension, and helping founders trust the choices that feel most aligned with what they are building.
“Behind every great event is an opportunity to connect people, strengthen communities, and spark something bigger than the event itself.”Madeline Narlock, Founder
