Privacy

What is collected

When you submit the contact form, Nightshift Planning Co. receives the name, business, email address, and message you provide. Form submissions are processed by Formspree. When you purchase the Toolkit, payment is processed by Stripe, and Nightshift receives your name, email address, and order details. Nightshift does not receive or store your full card number.

How it is used

Contact details are used to reply to your inquiry, deliver anything you purchase, and follow up about working together. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing.

Analytics

This site may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are visited and how people arrive. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify individuals.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information Nightshift holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time. Email hello@nightshiftplanningco.com and the request will be handled within 30 days.

Toolkit sales

The Nightshift Event Planning Toolkit is a digital product delivered immediately after purchase. Because the full contents are available the moment the download completes, all sales are final and no refunds are issued.

Please ask anything you want to know before you buy. Email hello@nightshiftplanningco.com and you will get a straight answer about what is included and whether it suits what you are planning.

If a download fails or a file will not open, that is a different matter entirely. Email the same address and it will be sorted out.

Toolkit license

Purchasing the Toolkit grants a single-business license. You may use, edit, and reuse every template for as many of your own events as you like, indefinitely.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, or repackage the templates or the written methodology, whether modified or unmodified, and you may not include them in a product or service you sell to others.

Services terms

Engagements

The Strategic Event Partnership is a 12-month agreement billed monthly. The Nightshift Strategy Session is a standalone engagement. Full terms for either are set out in the written agreement provided before work begins, and that agreement governs the engagement.

Strategy Session credit

If a Strategic Event Partnership begins within 90 days of a completed Nightshift Strategy Session, the full session fee is credited toward the first monthly payment. The credit applies once and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

What Nightshift does and does not do

Nightshift provides event strategy, creative direction, hosting guidance, and written strategic recommendations. Nightshift does not produce events, does not contract with or manage vendors on your behalf, and does not act as an agent in any venue or supplier agreement. Decisions and contracts remain yours.

Confidentiality

Business information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential and is not disclosed without permission. Nightshift will not identify you as a client publicly without your written consent.
