Information you share

When you make an inquiry, we receive the contact details, business information, service interest and message you submit. Holiday Hosting intake forms also collect information about your gathering and guest needs. Please share dietary requirements without identifying individual guests or providing unnecessary medical details. We use this information to respond, prepare for conversations and provide the services you request.

Service providers and payments

Formspree processes form submissions. Hostinger hosts this website and may process technical request and security logs. Stripe processes payments and may share contact and order information with us. Nightshift does not receive or store your full card number. We use providers as needed to operate the website, respond to inquiries and deliver services. Links to scheduling, social media and payment services take you to sites with their own privacy practices.

Cookies and Google Analytics

Google Analytics is optional. It is not loaded until you select “Accept analytics.” If accepted, it helps us understand page visits, traffic sources, device and browser information, and website interactions. We also record when an inquiry has been submitted successfully. Our custom analytics event does not include the information you typed into the form.

We configure the website’s Google tag with advertising storage and advertising personalization disabled. Google processes analytics information according to its applicable terms and privacy practices. Read how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and Google’s Privacy Policy.

“Reject analytics” keeps Google Analytics off. A first-party browser storage record remembers your choice, its date and the notice version for up to 180 days. This preference storage is used only to remember your choice. If you allow Analytics, its cookies are configured with a 180-day expiration that may refresh with later activity. The retention of data already sent to Google is controlled separately by the Analytics property’s settings.

You can change your cookie choice at any time. Withdrawing permission stops future Analytics collection and removes the accessible Google Analytics cookies for this website. The page reloads to unload the tag. Withdrawal does not automatically delete data already collected. You may also clear browser cookies and local storage; doing so can reset your choice. Forms and purchases remain available if you reject Analytics. Browser “Do Not Track” signals do not independently change this setting; use the cookie controls to make your choice.

Retention and your choices

We retain inquiry, client and transaction information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to maintain relevant business records and to meet applicable legal obligations. Retention can vary by the type of information and service provider. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information associated with you. We may need to verify a request and retain some records where required by law.

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We do not sell inquiry details or provide them to third parties for their own marketing. Information may be processed by our providers in the United States or other countries where they operate.

Updates

We will post material changes to this policy here and update the date above. A new cookie choice may be requested if our optional tracking practices change.

Services terms

Engagements

Strategic Partnerships are custom engagements built around the opportunity, the amount of support involved, and the length of time it makes sense to work together. Strategy Sessions are standalone engagements. Full terms for either are set out in the written agreement provided before work begins, and that agreement governs the engagement.

Strategy Session credit

If a Strategic Partnership begins within 90 days of a completed Nightshift Strategy Session, the full session fee is credited toward the partnership. The credit applies once and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

What Nightshift does and does not do

Nightshift provides event and experience strategy, creative direction, planning and decision support, hosting and stakeholder guidance, vendor and partner recommendations, and, when included in the engagement, onsite event leadership or support. Nightshift does not enter into venue or supplier agreements on your behalf and does not act as your agent in third-party contracts. Decisions and contracts remain yours unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Confidentiality

Business information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential and is not disclosed without permission. Nightshift will not identify you as a client publicly without your written consent.
